Do Amore

Do Amore is a direct-to-consumer engagement and wedding ring jeweler built around ethical sourcing and measurable impact. They use recycled precious metals and conflict-free diamonds and gemstones, and each purchase helps fund clean water projects through their nonprofit partner charity: water.

Their team asked me to redesign their checkout flow to make buying an engagement ring online feel simpler and more certain. With so many decisions in the ring journey, the goal was to reduce cognitive load, answer the right questions at the right time, and keep momentum moving toward purchase. After research and testing, we launched a streamlined checkout experience that improved conversion, lowered bounce, and increased revenue.
