Do Amore Summary:
Do Amore creates high-quality diamonds and fine jewelry and promises to help alleviate the water crisis by using a portion of every purchase to build a water project for communities in developing countries.
The Problem:
Do Amore discovered a big dropoff during the purchase phase of the checkout flow.
The Solution:
The challenge was that there is so much vital information that you need to know prior to spending thousands of dollars on something you can only see in pictures. The interesting thing is that these customers saw the price prior to getting to the cart so we concluded it wasn't sticker shock that impeded the process. Rather, we deduced the layout of the details and the fact that everything was so small (including the images!) were major issues. Finally, the cart doesn't look professional or help legitimatize the company on a whole.
The first image was their original cart experience, the next 3 images are my solution, and the last image is a very small, but robust, look at competitor and Do Amore flows.
